So, I was searching online for a good vegan chili recipe. Don’t ask me why, since chili is the easiest thing in the world, other than pasta, to cook. All of them were weak, as in they used 1 or 2 jalapenos, de-seeded and like a tablespoon of chili powder. Lame.
So, here is my vegan chili recipe:

2 packages of Mornigstar crumbles OR two pounds of tofu, crumbled and lightly fried.
3 cans of beans (kidney or black, or fuck it, chick)
1/4 cup chili powder.
1/4 jar ghost pepper salsa
1/2 pound jalapeno, chopped with seeds.
A few serrano peppers, chopped with seeds.
1 large onion
3 diced roma tomatoes.

In a large pot, sautee the onion in a little bit of olive oil. Add the crumbles or tofu. Stir around. Add the hot peppers and beans. Mix well. Add rest of ingredients, stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook for about an hour, stirring it once in awhile.

Serve with guacamole, Better Than Sour Cream(tm), tortilla chips, blah blah blah.
