Tofu and Soyrizo Scramble

Ingredients:

1 Package Extra Firm Tofu, drained and crumbled. If you live near a Fresh & Easy, these are less than a dollar.

1 link Soyrizo, also crumbled.

Vegetables, cut up. I suggest onion, mushroom, bell pepper, jalapeno. Use what you like.

A few tablespoons of soy sauce.

Whatever spices you like. Dried habernero pepper is good.

Now, stir fry it.

When it is heated through, and the vegetables are tender, stop cooking.

Either put on a plate, or a tortilla. Eat.

Done.

Clean up your mess.
