Ah, the white broccoli. The vegetable most likely to have noses turned up over. The most versatile Seitanic Low Carb food ever? Probably. You can mash it like potatoes. Mix it with some Earth Balance and some salt and pepper, delicious vegan and low carb. You can make it to resemble rice, a great alternative. It fries just like rice, and is much better for you. You can make a salad with it that resembles potato salad, just add some vegenaise, olives, onions, salt, pepper, and mustard. Even vegan mac and cheeze with Daiya cheese.

Fuck, cauliflower rocks!

Easy cauliflower replacements:

Take a head of cauliflower.
Cut it into florets.
Boil them in some salted water.
When done, drain, add some salt, pepper, and earth balance in the pot.
Mash them.

Take a head of cauliflower.
Chop it up.
Steam it.
Put it in a food processor.
Um… process it until it looks like rice.
Eat like rice.

Take a head of cauliflower.
Cut it into florets.
Boil it until just about done.
Chop up as much onion as you want.
Put it with the cauliflower in a bowl.
Add some olives. (I like olives)
Add some vegenaise.
Add a little mustard.
Add some salt and pepper.
Stir it all up!
Chill for a few hours in the fridge.

Take a head of cauliflower.
Cut it into florets.
Boil it until it is almost done.
In another pot take a package of Daiya (pepper jack anyone?)
Maybe some diced hot peppers.
Salt, pepper.
Some unsweetened coconut or almond milk.
Let that shit melt and become a ‘cheese’ sauce.
Combine that with the cauliflower, put some more Daiya on top, and let it bake for like 20 minutes.

See? Cauliflower. More than meets the eye. Cauliflower. Robots in disguise. And other than Daiya, pretty cheap. A head of cauliflower is like a buck.
